The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a balcony, even though the air conditioning was not working properly. While the price may be considered high for some, the location is excellent for exploring the surrounding areas.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and surrounding areas, perfect for accessing the highway and downtown areas. The friendly and professional staff, although some had communication issues, made the stay pleasant. However, the dining options were not worth the price, and there were some service issues experienced during dinner.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet, but they lacked certain shower amenities. The service had its ups and downs with some issues encountered, but the breakfast bar was never too busy. The location was perfect for my needs, especially being close to Worcester Polytechnic Institute and downtown. The dining experience was convenient but at an additional cost. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
